Terms, privacy & fair play

Important: these are starter product-policy templates, not legal advice. They require jurisdiction-specific review before public launch, especially because FishRun includes virtual entry fees, virtual treasure rewards, and optional rewarded advertising.

Terms of Service

FishRun Coins are closed-loop virtual game currency. They have no cash value, are not cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between players. FishRun does not sell Coins for real money in this release. Feature availability may be geographically restricted pending legal review.

Players must meet the configured minimum age, use their own account, follow fair-play rules, and must not automate, reverse engineer for cheating, exploit bugs, interfere with service operation, or attempt to manipulate balances, match outcomes, advertising rewards, or other accounts. FishRun may suspend access to protect players and the service.

Server-authoritative records decide gameplay and virtual-economy outcomes. Service availability is not guaranteed. Material product, eligibility, and policy changes should be announced before they take effect.

Privacy Policy

FishRun stores account identifiers, display name, password hashes, session records, virtual balance and ledger history, owned skins, wheel/ad reward records, match history, security events, and operational logs needed to provide and protect the service. Passwords and session tokens are not stored in plaintext. Security logging uses a secret-keyed one-way pseudonym for network-address correlation rather than intentionally storing the raw address in the application database.

Data is used to operate accounts and matches, prevent abuse, investigate economy integrity, provide support, and maintain security. Rewarded-ad providers may process additional data under their own terms when that feature is enabled. Production deployment must document the selected providers, retention periods, lawful basis, user-rights process, and international transfers for the launch jurisdiction.

Cookies & local storage

Essential cookies maintain authenticated sessions and request integrity. Local browser storage may remember non-sensitive display/control preferences. Optional advertising or analytics storage requires a jurisdiction-appropriate consent design before those providers are enabled.

Community & Fair-Play Policy

Do not use modified clients, packet manipulation, automation, multi-account abuse, deliberate disconnect exploits, forged ad callbacks, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to obtain information hidden by gameplay rules. Administrators use audited suspensions and balance corrections rather than silently modifying history.
